We want every purchase to bring you calm, not worry. That is why our policy is short and clear.
Peace-of-mind guarantee — 14 days
If a product is not what you expected, write to us within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund 100% of what you paid. No complicated forms, no awkward questions.
How to request a refund
Email hola@entrenosotras.ca from the address you used at checkout, telling us which product it was (if handy, include the order number from your receipt). We reply within 2 business days.
When and how the money comes back
Refunds are issued to the same payment method you used. Once processed, your bank or card may take 5–10 business days to show it.
About digital products
Our products are instantly delivered PDF files: there is nothing physical to return, so we take you at your word. We reserve the right to decline refunds only in cases of clear abuse (for example, repeatedly buying and refunding the same product).
Free downloads
Free products have no cost, so no refund applies.
Membership and subscriptions
If you have a membership, you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. The current period is not partially refunded.
